This is good. I didn’t get to ski Laurel Mountain the one season it was open; I’ll be looking forward to the chance, whether it comes next winter or later.

I have just one problem with this list, as it was selected by the folks who receive the OSU alumni association magazine. Cris Carter had an amazing career as a professional football player, and has done well since, especially in his role as a mentor to young NFL players. HE ALSO SIGNED WITH AN AGENT WHILE HE WAS STILL PLAYING COLLEGE FOOTBALL. In my mind, that’s an automatic disqualification.

I agree — in one sense. Ohio State didn’t get embarrassed, and didn’t cave when Texas looked like it would pull away. But: That was a game we should have won. When you spend the first half kicking field goals instead of scoring touchdowns, you’re placing yourself at risk for coming up short later on.
